The item must have the original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process for Damaged/Defective Items
Once we receive your refund request and verify the damage or defect, we will confirm your eligibility for a refund.
You will be provided with a return shipping address and instructions for sending the item back to us.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged or defective item.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange for the damaged or defective item (subject to availability),
please let us know at the time of your refund request. We will process the exchange at no additional cost to you, provided the item is available in stock.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Items that are returned without prior authorization or after the 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items that are damaged due to improper use, care, or washing will not be eligible for a refund.
